Order Submission & Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted. Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, product availability, address information, and fulfillment. An order is accepted when we confirm that it can be processed.

We may decline or cancel an order where payment fails, fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected, an item is unavailable, or a clear pricing or product-information error has occurred. If payment has already been captured for an order we cancel, the amount paid for that order will be refunded.

Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices on vexzunil.com are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are presented before you submit payment. Prices and availability may change without prior notice, but changes will not alter an order that has already been accepted.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays or unusually busy periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Once an eligible return is received and approved, a refund is generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, Incomplete or Incorrect Orders

If a jewelry piece arrives damaged, an item is missing, or the item received differs from your order, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label where relevant.

We will review the information and explain the available resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to accommodate requests received before fulfillment begins, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered preparation or shipping.

If an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment, any captured payment for that order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to stated dates, eligible products, availability, usage limits, and other conditions shown with the offer. A code has no cash value and cannot be applied to a completed order unless the offer expressly allows it.
